Oh, What A Surprise!
There was a big surprise waiting for Stephen Marshall at Prospect House… when he returned home, he found his purpose-built go cart had been restored to its former pride and joy by the staff at Pastures [day centre] and Dawn at Prospect House. Stephen was so excited and extremely eager to set off - as the photograph shows. Pictured with Stephen are Jane, Dawn and Rick [who spent many hours on the project].
Hica To Introduce New Sports Sessions At Its Care Homes
Innovative sports sessions designed to help elderly people and those with dementia and learning difficulties is set to be introduced in Hica care homes throughout the East Riding following a successful trial at the organisation’s Isaac Robinson Court care home in Hull.
Christmas Carols at Prospect
Markham Main brass band provided the entertainment for the carol concert at Prospect House. We all sang along with “gusto” and even had instruments to play. Residents also sang solo spots which were appreciated by all. Afterwards mince pies, Christmas cake and sherry were served. A brilliant night was had by all.
