Hannah Cowdroy is a newly qualified RNLD (Learning Disability Nurse) from the University of Hull. Her experience ranges from individuals with mild-to-moderate learning disabilities, right through to individuals with complex and challenging behaviour. Hannah is passionate about people with learning disabilities and puts their needs and choices at the forefront of every aspect of Stanage’s service delivery. As a manger, she is well-liked, extremely professional and very astute. Hannah is also a strong leader and a big believer in encouraging skills development throughout her team. When she’s not at work she enjoys spending time at home and is a part-time short-break foster carer. She has two cats and loves her holidays, having recently travelled to Morocco, New York and the Caribbean.
