Kerry has over two decades of experience in social care, having worked with vulnerable younger adults, as well as older people. Her focus and determination are the driving force behind Overton House and she is a consummate leader, mentor and manager. The home also benefits from her bubbly personality which is absolutely contagious and the mainstay of staff morale when things aren’t going to plan! With a Registered Managers Award and an NVQ Level 4 in Management, Kerry is well qualified to do the job, but it is her own characteristics and abilities that enable her to do it extremely well! Spending time with family and friends is her favourite pastime, although she also loves the cinema, horse-riding, cycling and travel. Watching Rugby League, equestrian events and athletics are also a good way for Kerry to relax and if she’s watching them on the television, then her pet cat might keep her company!
