Established in 1992, HICA Care Homes has developed into a highly progressive, not-for-profit organisation which owns and manages twenty six residential care homes. This impressive portfolio was originally supported by a £24 million investment. These highly stylised homes provide a comprehensive range of specialised services and facilities to older people and adults with Learning disabilities.
HICA Care Homes cares for over 900 residents, firmly establishing it as one of the country’s largest independent care home providers, as well as one of its most acclaimed.
Each of these homes is independently inspected by the Care Quality Commission, formerly CSCI. This independent body regulates, inspects and reviews all care homes in England and then produces a written report.
